Balsam Brands is on the lookout for a talented, collaborative Creative Director to join our dynamic, growing team. As Creative Director, you will drive a cohesive brand experience across customer touchpoints for our various brands, overseeing creative processes, overall design execution, and creative content development and storytelling. Leading both an internal creative team and external partners, you will collaborate cross-functionally to meet creative, branding, marketing, and business objectives. You will bring a strategic perspective and vision to creative campaigns, and act as an advocate and evangelist for customer-focused, innovative and on-brand creative solutions.
As eCommerce Data Coordinator, you will be the point person for maintenance of product and category data to ensure integrity and accuracy. You will learn and be the primary owner of our eCommerce systems and tools so you can manage data maintenance projects that consist of enriching, editing, and adding product data. You will also be responsible for supporting business users with their daily activities within our eCommerce tools, including user role creation and general tool maintenance. In addition, you will streamline and execute the collection and distribution of our data to cross-functional team members.
As eCommerce NPI Strategist, you will join Balsam Brands’ talented eCommerce Team as the point person for our New Product Introduction (NPI) process. You will ensure on-time, quality launches by setting & managing timelines, refining processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Balsam Brands is looking for a talented, driven individual to join our team as the Performance Marketing Analyst.
Balsam Brands is looking for an experienced researcher to develop a deep understanding of our customers and build our UX Research function. As Senior UX Researcher, we see you elevating the practice of User Research at Balsam Brands through rigorous qualitative and quantitative design research methods, including hands-on customer interaction. Reporting to the Senior Manager of User Experience, you will cultivate organizational empathy for our customers to help our teams design compelling experiences.
